Doors open at 7:00AM - Wrestling starts at 8:30AM

Registration:

• Cost is $550 per team

• $100 deposit to hold spot (non-refundable)​

• Payment in full required by 1/12/25

Rosters:

• Rosters with accomplishments should be submitted by SUNDAY, JANUARY 4th at midnight.

• Rosters with accomplishments are needed for seeding purposes

• Links to submit rosters will be given to team contact.

• Teams without accomplishments listed will not get seeded.

• Changes can be made to rosters on the day of the tournament up until 8:00am.

• No roster changes after wrestling has started

• Wrestlers can wrestle on more than one team but in different divisions.

K-6th GRADE SCHOOL/COMMUNITY DIVISION RULES:

 

• Team must be from the same school/community/league team.

• Team can have a maximum of three wrestlers who are not from their school/community/league team.

• NO CLUB TEAMS!!!

 

Weigh-ins:

• Held at the Montour Sports Complex

• Early Weigh-ins (optional): 

  • Friday, January 10th , 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm ($20 per wrestler)

  • Saturday, January 11th , 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm ($20 per wrestler) 

• Regular Weigh-ins:

  • Sunday, January 12th, 7:00 am to 8:00 am​

 

Girls Duals Weigh-Ins

• Early Weigh-ins (optional): 

  • Friday, January 10th , 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm ($20 per wrestler)

• Regular Weigh-ins:

*ONLY ONE WEIGH-IN REQUIRED - WEIGH-INS FROM THE OPEN TOURNAMENT ON 1/11 WILL BE HONORED*

Match Length:

• K-3rd Grade: 1:00 periods

• K-6th Grade: 1:30 periods

• Girls K-8th Grade: 1:30 periods

​

Awards:​

• Team Awards for Top 4 Teams in each division

• Top 3 Teams receive individual awards

• Outstanding Wrestler Award for every team

​

Admission:

$15 for adult

$5 for students

5 & under free

*no seating - bag/camp chairs encouraged

​Rules:

• Grade as of 2024-25 School Year

• 3 point takedowns are in effect along with all of the new 2, 3, 4 back point rules

• 15 point takedowns

• Headgear optional

• College Out of Bounds

• Singlet not required at weigh-ins

• Modified scholastic rules used for all divisions

• Wrestlers can wrestle on, at most, two different teams, as long as they are in different divisions (K-6 and K-6 Community is allowed)

• All officials’ decisions are final

• No video reviews

• Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

Challenges:

• Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.

• Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.

• Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director
