Registration

Cost is:

• $600 per Team

• $100 deposit to hold spot

- Full payment due prior to Friday, 10/17

- Rosters must be submitted by Friday, 10/17

- Team contact will be sent a link to submit rosters with accomplishments for seeding purpose

- Each team will be provided with 2 coaches passes and 1 table worker pass

- Each team must provide their own table worker.  BTC will provide a brief training

- Changes can be made to rosters up until the start of wrestling on Sunday, 10/26

- Wrestlers can compete on, at most, two different teams in different divisions

• All divisions will have a 1 minute overtime with a 30 second Ride Out

 

Weigh-Ins

• Early Weigh-ins (optional) - $20 per wrestler:

  • Friday, 10/24

    • 6:00 - 7:30pm - DUALS AND OPEN

• Regular Weigh-ins:

  • Saturday, 10/25

    •  4:00 pm - 5:00 pm​​

  • Sunday, 10/26

    • 7:00 am - 7:30 am (12U and 15U)​

    • 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (High School and Girls K-12)

• Singlets optional for weigh-ins

• All weigh-ins in the AG Center at the fairgrounds

Accommodations

Stay at the Wisp Resort!  Large indoor pool and spacious rooms. Many activities and adventures available – mountain coaster, zip lining, gem mining and more.  Discounted room blocks available only until Oct 11th!!  One night deposit required at reservation.  Use the reservation link below!

Awards

• Top 4 Placing Teams in each division receive Team awards

• Individual Awards for:

  • Team Champions

  • 2nd Place Team

  • 3rd Place Team

• Every team receives an Outstanding Wrestler Award

 

Rules

-Headgear optional though highly recommended
- College Out of Bounds
- Singlet not required at weigh-ins
- Modified scholastic rules used for all divisions
- All officials’ decisions are final
- No video reviews
- Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

 

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

Challenges:
- Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.
- Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.
- Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
