Parking:

There is limited parking in the lot directly outside of the facility. However, there are a few options for alternative parking with ample spaces. We recommend parking in the lower lot and then taking the steps up to the Greentree Sports Complex. You will have to turn into the driveway just prior to reaching the Sports Complex driveway and follow it back past the hotel until you see the parking lot and the steps that lead up to the facility.

ALL DIVISIONS NOW IN SAME SESSION - ALL START 9:00 AM -  Doors open 7:00am

 

Registration:

Cost is $40 online by Friday, 12/1, at 11:59pm

Cost is $45 online from 12/2 to 12/15 at 3:00pm

Double bracket available for $30 handled at the scales, not online in order to get the discount.

Walk-in registration available on day of tournament at the scales for $50

• Age as of 12/31/23 - SUPER NOVICE - First, Second, & Third Year Wrestlers Only – Must have less than three years of experience

• 1ST YEAR – Must have less than one year of experience (no competition experience prior to 6/1/23)

• Girls – 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U for both 1st Year AND Super Novice

            *Girls can enter boys division for free if less than 3 person bracket

Weigh-ins:

 

Early Weigh-ins (optional): Friday, 12/15

· 6:00pm to 7:00pm ($20 per wrestler)

Regular Weigh-ins: Saturday, 12/16

· ALL DIVISIONS – 7:00am to 8:00am

ANY CHANGES TO AGE DIVISION, WEIGHT CLASS, NAME OR TEAM NAME CAN BE ADDRESSED AT THE SCALES

 

Awards:

Medals for top 4 Place Finishers

Team awards for top 3 Placing Teams

Match Length:

- 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U – 1:00 periods

- 10U, 11U, 12U – 1:30 periods

- 10 point tech fall

 

Admission:

$10 per person

$5 for students

5 & under free

Doors Open at 7:00am - Bag chairs encouraged - No outside food or drinks

Singlet not required at weigh-ins

Modified scholastic rules used for all divisions.

Tournament will be double elimination or round robin.

Tournament Director reserves the right to combine weight classes upon need.

All officials’ decisions are final

No video reviews

Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

Challenges: - Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament. - Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament. - Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
