• $450 per K-4 Team

• $550 per K-8 Team

- Full payment due prior to 4/13/24

- Maximum of 10 teams in each division

- Rosters must be submitted by Thursday, 4/11/24

- Each team will be provided with 2 coaches passes and 1 table worker pass

- Each team must provide their own table worker.  BTC will provide a brief training

- Changes can be made to rosters up until the start of wrestling on Sunday, 4/14

- Wrestlers can compete on two different teams in different divisions

WEIGH-INS:

Early Weigh-ins (optional) - $20

• Friday, 4/12 - 6:00-8:00 pm

• Saturday, 4/13 - 5:00-6:00 pm

Regular Weigh-ins

• Sunday 4/14 - 7:00-8:00 am

​

ONLY ONE WEIGH-IN NEEDED IF WRESTLING IN THE OPEN ON SATURDAY

MATCH LENGTH:

• K-4th GRADE: 1:00 periods

• K-8th GRADE: 1:15 periods

​

All divisions will have modified overtime with 1 minute and 30 second rideout

 

 

 

AWARDS:

• Top 4 Teams for each division receive awards

• Team Champions receive individual awards

• Outstanding Wrestler award for every team

​

 

ADMISSIONS:

Adults - $15 each

• 2 day pass $20

Students - $5 each

 

Floor Pass - $10 each (in addition to admission)

• You must have a Floor Pass to be on the floor at any time.  We need to mitigate crowds on the floor to protect the black light equipment as well as to allow viewing from the stands.

• There is no seating on the turf

• Everyone must sit in the bleachers

This is a STAY-TO-SAVE TOURNAMENT - All non-commuting participants in the tournament are encouraged to book their hotel accommodations through this site. We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in sponsoring our event.

You also have the ability to save a block of rooms for your team to ensure you are all staying in the same hotel!

RULES:
- Headgear optional
- College Out of Bounds
- Singlet not required at weigh-ins
- Modified scholastic rules used for all divisions. Tournament will be double elimination or round robin.
- Tournament Director reserves the right to combine weight classes upon need.
- All officials’ decisions are final
- No video reviews
- Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

Challenges:
- Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.
- Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.
- Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
