Registration:

Cost is:

• $600 per Team

• $100 deposit to hold spot

- Full payment due prior to 7/10/26

- Each team receives admission for 2 coaches and 1 table worker

- Each team MUST provide a table worker.  BTC will conduct a brief training for table workers the morning of the tournament

ROSTERS

- Rosters with accomplishments should be submitted by Friday, July 10th at midnight.

- Links to submit rosters will be given to team contact.

- Teams without accomplishments listed will not get seeded.

- Changes can be made to rosters on the day of the tournament up until 8:30am.

- Wrestlers can wrestle on at most two teams, but in different divisions.

Early Weigh-ins (optional):

• Saturday, 7/18

  • 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm ($20 per wrestler)

Regular Weigh-ins:

• Saturday, 7/18

  • 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

• Sunday, 7/19

  • 7:00 am to 7:30 am

 

Wrestling starts at 8:30am on Sunday, 7/19

 

Match Length:

• K-4th Grade: 1:00 periods

• K-6th Grade: 1:15 periods

• K-8th Grade: 1:15 periods

• Girls K-8th Grade: 1:15 periods

• High School: 1:30 periods

 

Awards:

• Top 4 Teams for each division receive awards

• Team Champions, Runner-Up, and 3rd Place Teams receive individual awards

• Outstanding Wrestler award for every team

This is a STAY-TO-SAVE TOURNAMENT - All non-commuting participants in the tournament are encouraged to book their hotel accommodations through this site. We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in supporting our event. We do the work for you to contract the lowest rates available!  And you can still earn your hotel loyalty rewards!

BRACKETS:

The tournament brackets will be on FLO Arena

RULES:

- Headgear optional
- College Out of Bounds
- Singlet not required at weigh-ins
- All officials’ decisions are final
- No video reviews
- Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

​

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

​

Challenges:
- Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.
- Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.
- Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
