REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINES

Early Bird - $35 per wrestler until Friday, June 7th at 10:00 pm
Regular Registration - $45 per wrestler from June 7th at 10:01 pm until Friday June 21st at 11:00 am
$30 for double bracket (must be in different age group) - handled on site at weigh-ins
$60 for Walk-in registration at weigh-ins
Weight changes at the scale for no additional cost
Limited to the first 400 paid registrations

- We are looking for clubs or community programs willing to offer satellite weigh-ins on Friday, 6/21. Two free passes will be given for hosting a satellite weigh-in

The Pittsburgh Shriners Center Pavilion is a great outdoor facility!
We encourage families to bring bag chairs, canopy pop up tents, and any other outdoor supplies for making it an enjoyable experience. No alcoholic beverages!

The facility has plenty of outdoor space for everyone to enjoy with a large field, playground area, and volleyball court.

The pavilion is a large facility with enough room to accommodate the tournament and spectators.
The pavilion is also supplied with:
- Restrooms
- Concession area
- Stage for head table and live band
In the event of inclement weather, the facility has canvas tarps that unroll between the cement pillars to close in the pavilion.

This is a STAY-TO-SAVE TOURNAMENT - All non-commuting participants in the tournament are encouraged to book their hotel accommodations through this site. We appreciate your support as these partnered hotels assist in sponsoring our event. HBC guarantees that their rates are lower than the flexible rates online for the same hotel and room type. Also the reservation is entirely cancellable so plan your sports-cation and make your reservations early!!

Modified scholastic rules used for all divisions.
Tournament will be double elimination or round robin (no true second)
Tournament Director reserves the right to combine weight classes upon need.
All officials’ decisions are final
No video reviews
Any disrespectful conduct towards wrestlers, adults, staff, or officials will not be tolerated and can result in removal from the tournament

NO REFUNDS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF TOURNAMENT

CHALLENGES

Anyone wishing to challenge the age or experience level of a wrestler must present physical proof prior to or during the tournament.
Any wrestler found wrestling in a division that they are not eligible for, by age or experience level, will be removed from the tournament.
Final decision is left to the discretion of the Tournament Director.
